FREE Ride
How do I request transportation FREE to me?
1. Be a Medicaid beneficiary (have a Medicaid insurance).

2. Call the number on the back of your medicaid card (or if you know which plan you have the numbers are listed below) at least 48 hours before your appointment.
2a. before calling be sure to know the address, date, and time of your appointment.

3. If you have a preferred company you would like to ride with, for example, Catch A Ride Transportation. Be sure to request us :)
